BABY HAS A SMALL TUMMY The reason why your baby is spitting up is because she has a small tummy. Did you know that your baby’s tummy at birth is the size of a cherry? After 3 days, the tummy is the size of a walnut, which is really not that big! For the first four months, the tummy really can’t hold that much, which is why you need to feed her so often.
